We know starting something new can feel daunting, especially in a gym environment. Level Up exists to change that. With expert coaches, small groups and a community that genuinely shows up for each other, this is the place where women come to get strong and stay that way.

GETTING STARTED

Simple, reach out to us and we'll get a trial session booked in for you. Trials are available in the first two weeks of each training cycle. If you enquire outside that window, we'll add you to the next intake list and we will be in touch to get you scheduled. No commitment, no pressure, just come and see what we're about.

A full one-hour session. You'll be welcomed by your coach, introduced to the format and train alongside a small group. Come as you are, no experience necessary.

Just yourself and some water.

Not at all. Level Up is designed to meet you where you are. Our coaches work with complete beginners through to experienced athletes, and the small group format means you get real coaching attention from day one.
THE PROGRAMME

You train three times a week, with each session being full body. This means if you miss a session, you haven't missed a muscle group and you just pick up where you left off. Sessions follow a weekly split: Workout A: Mon/Tue
Workout B: Wed/Thu
Workout C: Fri/Sat -
One hour.

Groups range from 1 to 12 clients, so you get genuine coaching attention, not just a number in a room.

Mobility is a deep stretch and recovery session led by our physio and yoga instructor Jeelna, or yoga and pilates instructor Emile. It's not compulsory, but it's highly recommended, especially as you build intensity in your training. It's unlimited and included in your membership.

Our programme is primarily women-focused, but we also offer men-only and mixed sessions.

Quite a lot, actually. Every membership includes:
Weekly check-ins with your coach for accountability, progress and support
Bespoke nutrition guidance plus monthly recipe packs with macros and calories
Weekly mobility and recovery sessions
Access to the Level Up app with video guides, home workouts, meal guides and webinars
A WhatsApp community and regular social events
An assigned wellness coach to support your goals

No. You can use the gym facilities during Level Up sessions. If you want access to the gym outside of your sessions, a separate gym membership is required directly with the venue.

This depends on your membership type, some packages are branch-specific, others give you all-access. We'll help you pick the right one when you sign up.

Yes. Memberships are subscription-based and renew automatically on the last day of your active period. If you'd like to cancel or upgrade, just give us at least 3 days' notice before your renewal date.

Yes, but please note that unused credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Reach out to Selina at least 3 days before your renewal date to process this.

Yes, pauses are unlimited. Here's what you need to know:
Minimum 4 consecutive days
You'll need to provide a start date and an estimated return date
Pauses cannot be backdated, so please let us know in advance
Once reactivated, gym fees are automatically deducted from your credits
To request a pause, message Selina on the app or WhatsApp with your dates.
Bookings & The App

Through the Level Up app. Once you're signed up, Selina will send you your login details and walk you through getting set up.

In the app: go to Bookings → select the session → Cancel. You must cancel at least 1 hour before the session starts or the credit will be deducted as a no-show.

Up to 3 workout sessions per week, plus unlimited mobility. The weekly limit refreshes every week and ensures everyone gets proper coaching support.

In the app under Level Up Lab (sidebar) and Community (footer). Everything from workout guides to meal plans lives there.
