Level Up is a like-minded strength training community for women. Strength training is one of the most beneficial forms of exercise for women of all ages; building bone density, lean muscle, confidence and energy that carries into every part of life.
Whether you're just starting out, returning post-injury or postpartum, or already lifting heavy, our expert coaches tailor your journey to suit your level and goals in a small group environment.

Level Up operates out of private studios at 24 Fitness in Al Quoz and The Els Club in Dubai, with dedicated equipment and a welcoming, comfortable environment for all members.

We have specific classes for both men and for women.

Each week includes three structured strength sessions — Workouts A, B, and C — and we encourage members to complete one of each for balanced progress.
In addition, members have access to weekly mobility sessions and a library of bonus workouts (core, arms, etc.) via our app, perfect for non-training days or holidays.

Absolutely! We use the GloFox booking software so members can reserve a space in whichever session is preferable. This session does not need to be at the same time all week, every week.

We offer the option to pause your membership for travel or other commitments. Pauses must be for a minimum of 7 days and requested in advance. Just let us know before your next billing cycle to ensure it’s applied correctly.

We won’t just simply throw a generic meal plan at you. There is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to food: we all have different lifestyles, preferences, allergies - you can’t just simply take on a diet that somebody else has designed and implement successfully into your own world!
Instead, each member is assigned their own Nutrition Coach and together, you will take on a much more holistic approach: simply tweaking and tailoring your current diet to enhance it - making it more effective towards your goals.

We have many pregnant ladies and new mums training alongside everyone else in our beautiful and varied community. With highly reputable and professional pre and post natal specialists amongst our coaching team, the program can be easily tweaked and tailored to accommodate.

This a wonderful reason TO join the Level Up community. Our focus is on teaching the lifts properly, meaning there is no better place for beginners to come and be introduced to the world of resistance training.

Conversely, this is also a great reason for experienced athletes to train with Level Up: gaining further knowledge and guidance in a journey that may have become stale. With an injection of expert coaching, joining Level Up may be exactly what you need for your continued development.

The programming is all very individualised, ensuring that every member is catered for. We also have the incredibly knowledgeable physiotherapist, Jeelna Ruparelia in the coaching team ready to advise accordingly.

There’s no such thing. Our training, although delivered in a group environment, remains very personal: you are simply competing against last-weeks-version of you. Nobody else.

The two aren’t mutually exclusive. Our approach has repeatedly proven to be the most effective and sustainable way to achieve both, with impressive results. Remember - that ‘toned’ physique is only developed through the absence of body fat and the PRESENCE OF MUSCLE. We need to build!
